Duties of a Fiduciary
A fiduciary is a person entrusted with responsibility and legal authority to act in the best interest of another, whether aging at home or residing in a community setting.
The fiduciary is delegated with making financial and/or personal needs decisions based on a delineated Court Order, in collaboration with her client or solely at the fiduciary’s discretion, should her client lack the cognitive ability to voice her individual preference.
